Celebrating 10 Years With Home Sweet Home Improvements
John made ten years as our employee with the most time on the job with Home Sweet Home Improvements LLC. It has been a great journey these last 10 years and I can only imagine what lays ahead in the next 10! John started out with little experience pushing a broom, stocking material, but coming to work everyday with a smile on his face the will to learn improve his skills and put his back into every task that he was given. To this day he still comes to work with a smile, open mind, and a strong back. But now his skill level has increased ten fold. He is in the role of lead carpenter, far from the entry level at which he first started at! As his manager and employer, I have full confidence that when I hand a project off to John that he can see it through and I find myself asking for his advice and input. He is an expert in carpentry and residential construction. More important, he is a Professional Remodeler. Most in his trade see concrete, sticks, bricks, mortar, and so on. To John, that is second nature, he automatically knows what must be achieved-- a satisfied client smiling back at him! He knows the production side of Home Sweet Home Improvements inside and out. Always patient, considerate, conscientious, and professional with clients, fellow employees, trade partners, and vendors.

Our finance, marketing, and production team all look up to John even though his position is in the middle of the company. His loyal and long term dedication to his job warrant the respect he gets from us all.
